WELCOME

Thank you for your interest in the FAI Schools Primary 5s Programme. We are delighted to offer boys and girls from 4th, 5th and 6th class the opportunity to participate in this fun, blitz day format competition.

The programme involved 44,104 students last time out with 2,060 schools participating.

Local and Regional Competitions will begin in early March and run throughout March and April. The Provincial Finals will take place in early May, while the National Finals will be held on Tuesday June 9th, 2026.

There are 6 sections to cater for all school sizes (small, medium, large). There are separate competitions for boys and girls but girls are permitted to play in the boy’s competitions. We also have a section for Football for All – Special Schools.
